{"id":22767,"date":"2017-03-20T11:44:53","date_gmt":"2017-03-20T11:44:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=22767"},"modified":"2017-03-20T12:37:15","modified_gmt":"2017-03-20T12:37:15","slug":"standard-chartered-bank-jobs-march-2017-jobs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/standard-chartered-bank-jobs-march-2017-jobs.html","title":{"rendered":"Standard Chartered Bank Jobs (March 2017 Jobs)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Standard Chartered Bank was formed in 1969 through the merger of two separate banks, the Standard Bank of British South Africa and the Chartered Bank of India, Australia and China.<\/p>\n<p>These banks had capitalised on the expansion of trade between Europe, Asia and Africa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Client Experience Manager \u2013 Governance, Reporting &amp; Client Insight<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consolidate and coordinate reporting of all CE metrics \u2013 NPS, TCF, Complaints, Mass Incidents, New account opening TATs \u2013 ensuring the highest standards in data quality and reporting timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Manage monthly and annual external client satisfaction and advocacy surveys (e.g. NPS, FTR\/OHS) including result analysis &amp; communication.<\/li>\n<li>Benchmark against industry and \u201cbest in class\u201d standards.<\/li>\n<li>Drive NPS\/FTR\/OHS improvement and action plans in close collaboration with the Branch Managers\/ City Directors \/ Team Leaders to achieve the targets agreed for the market.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all governance related activities related to reporting \u2013 e.g. Contracts, CE SLA reviews (as applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Support implementation of survey-related, process improvement initiatives\/restructuring.<\/li>\n<li>Channel feedback on top client and frontline pain points via the framework established by Group CE.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Head, CE in operationalising the CEM and CEWG.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the relevant stakeholders in country for developing action plans with clear timelines for resolution of the thematic issues \u2013 socialize action plans via country Client Experience Meetings (CEM)\/other forums in country e.g. Client Experience Working Group Meeting (CEWG) and track to closure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Continuous Improvement &amp; Change Initiatives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead all service improvement initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Country Head, CE to funnel feedback from frontline and clients to the Group CE team on the major pain points and contribute in developing ideas and improvement initiatives.
