Diageo Plc is quoted in the US and London Stock Exchanges while Guinness Ghana Breweries Ltd (the subsidiary) is quoted in the Ghana Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: 2017 Graduate Recruitment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To work within a regional sales team to effectively and efficiently provide contact and coverage in the following segments:<\/p>\n<p>On Trade Channel:<\/p>\n<p>Lower mainstream &amp; Mass<\/p>\n<p>Off Trade Channel:<\/p>\n<p>Estate grocery, cash and carry retail, lower end cash and carry wholesale and both formal &amp; informal convenience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree\/ HND Minimumwith at least 1 year\u2019s sales or marketing experience in FMCG.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate and ability to work under pressure and respond to tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shall be committed to selling and distributing only safe and quality products by following all instructions related to the Food Safety and Quality Management System.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for generating sales orders in each of the designated accounts to meet daily targets and ensure all taken orders are delivered in full and as per communicated service \/ delivery days \/ times.<\/li>\n<li>Each designated account will have a daily\/monthly\/annual targets by brand and category.<\/li>\n<li>Accompany the KD VSMs to influence and generate sales orders.<\/li>\n<li>Work with designated KD \/ VSM \/ Driver to ensure that service frequency is adhered to and any changes are agreed and communicated to the customer in advance at least 2 weeks prior to effecting the change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guinness Ghana Breweries is a leading brewer and marketer of premium alcoholic and malt drinks in Ghana.
