\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide managerial leadership to clearly define roles and responsibilities of nutrition team members and manage the team to perform their duties to high technical standards and efficiently
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee monitoring of nutrition activities against indicators and document implementation processes, success stories and best practices in collaboration with RING monitoring and evaluation staff
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure effective linkages and integration of activities with the other RING components, including agriculture, livelihoods, WASH and governance
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage relationships with RING partners, USAID, UNICEF, regional-level government, district-level government and other key stakeholders at the district level<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrated technical expertise in nutrition at national and sub-national levels. Experience in Ghana a plus
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrated experience in capacity building and transfer of skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Familiarity with and commitment to addressing gender equality in nutrition and public health
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent written and verbal English skills<\/p>\n
