It is the main implementing agency of Ghana\u2019s Ministry of Tourism. Ghana Tourist Board recruits <strong>Solicitor Secretary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ensure that adequate preparations are made for the Board of Directors meetings and that legal responsibilities and obligations of the Board are efficiently and effectively fulfuilled.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prepares agenda and working papers for regular and special Board of Director&#8217;s meeting<br \/>\nAdvises Board of Directors on likely legal effects of its decisions<br \/>\nDrafts all legal documents for the Board<br \/>\nStudies, signs and seals contractual agreements between individuals groups of person and the Board<br \/>\nAdvises the Board as to its legal rights and obligations<br \/>\nEnsures that the Board of Director&#8217;s directives are properly communicated to appropriate departmental heads<br \/>\nSupervises all staff in the legal department<br \/>\nOther legal work to be assigned by the Board of Directors from time to time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate must possess LLB degree<br \/>\nMust have enrolled as a Lawyer in Ghana<br \/>\nMust have a minimum of Ten (10) years post qualification experience in a Legal field and at least five (5) years of which must be at management level<br \/>\nEntry level will depend on past Experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><br \/>\nMust have leadership, managerial capacity and the ability to work with the Board&#8217;s clientele<br \/>\nMust have the capacity to work with the Board of Directors<br \/>\nMust be able to work productively for long and sustained hours<br \/>\nMust have effective oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to interact with people at all levels<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kindly send your application with CV, and full contact details to:<\/p>\n<p>THE ADMINISTRATIVE\/PERSONNEL MANAGER<br \/>\nGHANA TOURIST BOARD<br \/>\nP.
