\nJob Summary \u2013 The job holder will have overall accountability for the delivery of high quality, progressive pharmacy services, provide technical advice on pharmaceutical matters and the maintenance of pharmaceutical standards.<\/p>\n
\nJob Summary \u2013 The job holder will provide tailored patient centred clinical pharmaceutical care to achieve set therapeutic outcome on matters related to pharmaceutical care to patients\/clients of The Hospital.<\/p>\n
\nJob Summary \u2013 The job holder will provide medication order verification, assess optimal drug product selection, dosage regimen design, effective administration and drug therapy monitoring services at the Hospital.<\/p>\n
\nJob Summary \u2013 The job holder will be responsible for technical functions associated with the provision of medication and delivery of pharmaceutical care products for in-patient and out-patient services.<\/p>\n
\nJob Summary \u2013 The job holder will have over-all responsibility for all day to day activity of the pharmacy storeroom including stock receipt, stock issue, and record maintenance.<\/p>\n
