Under the auspices of the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA), applications are invited from suitably qualified person to fill the following vacant position at the Rural Banks Computer Operations Centre, under the Ghana Rural Bank Computerisation and Interconnectivity Project (GRBCIP)<\/p>\n
Reporting to the Manager in charge of WAN, the position holder would be responsible for managing the WAN infrastructure for the rural banks
\nManaging SLAs and Maintenance Agreements with service providers
\nMonitor and analyze bandwidth consumption pattern and advice the Rural Banks accordingly<\/p>\n

\nAt least 3 years post qualification experience in Telecoms Engineering in VSAT, Radio or ISDN and System Administration in a Network Operation Centre environment
\nFamiliarity with banking related software applications is desirable
\nPractical experience in Cisco routers and switches
\nExperience in Firewall implementation
\nAbility to monitor and optimize network performance
\nAppreciation of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, FTP, SMTP and other TCP\/IP based services is essential<\/p>\n
