Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Graduate Jobs 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n Total Ghana is seeking to recruit young graduates to enhance its future talent pool. The Total Young Graduate Programme is innovative and attractive, it is a structured 18month programme which is a sign of total\u2019s strong commitment and visibility within Africa and the Middle East.<\/p>\n Through this programme, we offer young graduates an eighteen month opportunity to discover one of our main business lines. Marketing, finance and operations.<\/p>\n Successful candidates will join a diverse team of professionals in delivering high quality products and services to customers and long term shareholder value.<\/p>\n The eighteen-month program consists of an initial six-month contract, followed by a twelve-month professional experience at another international affiliate, subject to performance.<\/p>\n At the end of the programme, trainees will be evaluated for permanent employment within the company depending on availability of opportunity.<\/p>\n Qualification Required<\/strong><\/p>\n We are interested in candidates who have attain a minimum of 2nd Class Upper Honours Degree from recognized institutions within the last one year and have completed national service.
