{"id":23034,"date":"2017-04-03T07:03:51","date_gmt":"2017-04-03T07:03:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=23034"},"modified":"2017-04-03T07:03:51","modified_gmt":"2017-04-03T07:03:51","slug":"advans-ghana-april-2017-jobs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/advans-ghana-april-2017-jobs.html","title":{"rendered":"Advans Ghana April 2017 Jobs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The institution is a rapidly growing international Savings &amp; Loans Company with over 13 Branches in Ghana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Coordinate staff recruitment<\/strong><strong>\u00a0and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist Recruitment manager in recruitment planning meetings with hiring managers<\/li>\n<li>Assist in Recruitment manager in reviewing and creating job descriptions with hiring managers.<\/li>\n<li>Post openings in advertisements\/notices, in appropriate venues.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize all sources for recruitments : Email\/Social media\/Company\u2019s website<\/li>\n<li>Assist Recruitment manager in efficiently and effectively filling open positions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely Schedulling and organization of \u00a0interview candidates and panel<\/li>\n<li>Participate in applicant interviews<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely and prompt feedback to candidates<\/li>\n<li>Prepare timely interview reports on candidate<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular follow-up on prospective candidates<\/li>\n<li>Develop a pool or data base of qualified candidates to support needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Network Through Industry Contacts, Association Memberships, Trade Groups and Employees<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruitments.<\/li>\n<li>Use other professional networking sites to identify and source candidates<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with managers and employees regularly to source new candidate leads.<\/li>\n<li>Create contacts within the industry.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Administrative Duties and Record Keeping<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the use of recruiters and headhunters.<\/li>\n<li>Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct prescreening interviews\/tests<\/li>\n<li>Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System )<\/li>\n<li>Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters\/messages\/emails<\/li>\n<li>Assist in interviewing and selecting employees onsite.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation packages.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other special projects as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salary Per Month: \u00a0Negotiable<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of a first degree in Human Resource or any relevant social science program<\/li>\n<li>Professional qualification will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Experience : <\/strong><br \/>\nMinimum of two (2) years\u2019 experience in a similar role<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills set\/ Personal Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good analytical skills, Oral and written information, high integrity in reporting information, Reliability of work and good organizational effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Good reporting skills, communication skills and customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to adapt and react fast, take initiative and be autonomous.
