The institution is expanding its operations and seeks to recruit staff.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Branch Manager will:<\/strong><br \/>\nProvide strategic leadership to the Branch to achieve financial targets, ensure profitable operations and consistent growth that enhances sustainability<br \/>\nSet targets for the branch in line with corporate targets and achieve them by putting in place extensive outreach programmes, effective planning and ensuring efficient use of resources<br \/>\nManage the operational and fiscal activities of the Branch including day to day operations and employee related issues<br \/>\nPlan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operational quality and efficiency of the Branch<br \/>\nEnsure that the required internal control measures are developed and implemented to achieve organizational objectives<br \/>\nRemuneration: Attractive and Negotiable<br \/>\n<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>As a Branch Manager you must have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A minimum of 1st degree in Finance, Management Accountingor related field with at least three (3) years professional experience in a similar position in the microfinance industry<br \/>\nExcellent understanding of microfinance operations<br \/>\nExcellent leadership and managerial skills<br \/>\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Application letters and CVs should be sent by email to: <strong>hire.consultant@gmail.com<\/strong>.
