We are committed to the economic and social growth of Ghana through the use of our superior ICT installations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Lead And Team Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To be involved in proposing and closing business solutions to clients based on SuperTech\u2019s portfolio of services<\/li>\n<li>To build strategies for market penetration, sales activities and to manage a sales team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DUTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducts market research and surveys for business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Prepares sales strategy plan and aligns with targeted clients<\/li>\n<li>Maintains a database of existing clients and prospective clients together with their leads and key contacts<\/li>\n<li>Prepares, submits and follows up on proposals<\/li>\n<li>Prepares and issues quotes, sale orders and payment tracking if applicable for closed deals.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates all clients\u2019 activities pertaining to any deal closed and future activities with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Checks on the performance of a client as and when required, once the client has been signed on<\/li>\n<li>Pursues other business opportunities with existing clients and performs any other duties pertaining to business leads and opportunities such as SLA\u2019s and critical business agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Manages and drives a sales team to meet defined targets and goals as well as close deals<\/li>\n<li>Manages and drives a sales team to meet defined targets and goals as well as close deals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s \u00a0Degree in Marketing, Sales or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Professional qualification in IT, Marketing and Sales<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3-5yrs proven experience in ICT and Telecommunication industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TECHNICAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to close business deals within the corporate sector<\/li>\n<li>Ability to make business reports for management<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of KPI\u2019s in a business environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to design and implement marketing strategies and multi-task<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge and understanding of ICT solutions such as Cloud solutions, Access Control &amp; Security, WAN, ERP, Data Centres and other IT related services and previous experience<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with Tender\/Bid Processes<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand the business of the customer and be in the position to propose appropriate mix of technologies that best fit their organization<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with pricing components and respective market prices of IT related solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Good presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to network within a customer organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MANAGERIAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to plan, coordinate and follow up on business strategies involving closing a business deal end-to-end<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead and manage a team efficiently including coaching, developing and mentoring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PERSONALITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dependable and trustworthy<\/li>\n<li>Confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills (both written and verbal)<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure for long hours with no supervision and still achieve desired results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All CVs should be sent to <strong>stl.ictjobs@gmail.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please indicate the job title in the subject line.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SuperTech Ltd has been successfully delivering information and communications technology (ICT) solutions to corporate and government clients, as well as small businesses, for over a decade.
