{"id":231,"date":"2010-06-24T02:18:43","date_gmt":"2010-06-24T02:18:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=231"},"modified":"2016-11-15T15:46:04","modified_gmt":"2016-11-15T15:46:04","slug":"housing-microfinance-manager-habitat-for-humanity-ghana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/housing-microfinance-manager-habitat-for-humanity-ghana.html","title":{"rendered":"Housing Microfinance Manager: Habitat for Humanity Ghana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Habitat for Humanity Ghana<\/strong> is a Christian NGO with a self-help housing program that works through community-based projects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Housing Micro-Finance Manager reports directly to the National Director reports directly to the National Director<\/p>\n<p>The housing Micro-Finance Manager is responsible for the overall implementation of the housing micro-finance Program activities<br \/>\nThis includes the design and delivery of housing micro-loan products and housing related support services both in-house and through Partnerships with micro-finance institutions<br \/>\nThe overall program objectives are to enable hundreds of families to incrementally improve their housing and build new housing<br \/>\nThis includes both administrative and fiscal management<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A minimum of 5 years experience in the financial service sector experience at a supervisory level with at least 2 years<br \/>\nExperience in market research and product development<br \/>\nExperience in management, training and performance evaluation of staff<br \/>\nExperience in loan appraisal techniques and credit policy formulation<br \/>\nExperience in portfolio management and reporting<br \/>\nExperience in marketing and communication<br \/>\nA Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Microfinance, Rural Economy, Commerce, Agric, Economics or similar field<br \/>\nProfessional training\/qualification in microfinance<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested person should email their CV&#8217;s and motivation letter to:<\/p>\n<p>The National Director<br \/>\nP.
