\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Works with Market Analysts & Sales Agents on an as-needed basis<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Contribute to develop, evaluate, and implement gender-sensitive marketing plans and strategies.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare and manage the marketing budget and track the achievements against the budget.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Conduct gender-sensitive marketing events and promotions (for e.g. community road shows etc.) and implement systems to ensure effectiveness of campaigns.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Collaborate with external and internal partners in executing marketing plans and campaigns.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Advise, document and provide marketing information to sales team and senior management.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 At least 2 years work experience in Marketing and Sales
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to Speak; Hausa, Dagbane, Daagare, or any other Northern languages
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both oral and written
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Previous experience in Market Research is a plus
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Holds a Valid License and capability to ride a Motorbike<\/p>\n
