\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Direct experience of higher education in an international context
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 An understanding and experience of the International Foundation Programs.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience of academic assessment and standards and of quality assurance procedures (Desirable).
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience of development of academic programmes.(Desirable)<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A demonstrated ability to manage resources effectively.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A record of achievement in teaching.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Numerate and articulate.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 An ability to review assessments outside his\/her discipline including formative an summative assessments set by academic staff at the centre
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Competence in the effective use of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT).
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proven planning and organisational skills and an ability too take initiative within cirriculum and policy objectives.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, work under pressure and when necessary, with minimal resources.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 The ability and willingness to travel both within Ghana and internationally.<\/p>\n
