World Vision has been working with urban and rural communities in all the 10 Regions of Ghana to improve provision of water, promote sanitation and hygiene practices and quality education.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the job position is to produce a range of written and photographic communications resources\/materials linked primarily to media, donor, and public engagement communications, and contribute to internal and emergency communications<\/p>\n<p>Engage in the development and implementation of a quarterly plan for meeting the strategic donor and public engagement objectives of WVG<br \/>\nDo Productive writing, photography and packaging of feature stories and issues-oriented reports primarily focused on children and their families and to ensure effective donor and public engagement by WV Ghana<br \/>\nBe deployed to disaster zones (when required) to produce quality stories and photos for WV Ghana and the WV Partnership<br \/>\nContribute stories, photos and information to the production of an electronic news-letter that details organizational changes, activities, staffing and social news of WV Ghana<br \/>\nPrepare and submit monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports to the Director of Advocacy, Communication &amp; Marketing<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A minimum of a degree in Communications Studies or a Postgraduate Diploma in Communications studies with three (3) years relevant experience is preferred<br \/>\nEnglish-language fluency (written and verbal), with excellent writing skills<br \/>\nAdditional skills in word processing excel and desktop publishing is advantageous<br \/>\nExcellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills<br \/>\nAbility to travel and work in the field as an essential and frequent function of the position<br \/>\nThe preferred candidate must be a committed Christian<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants who meet the above criteria should send their application letters and CV to:<strong> Ghana@wvi.org. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Child focused organization.
