We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented and experienced professional to take up a position of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Engineering Project Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reporting to the Technical Director, your accountabilities, amongst others, will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical study of all projects.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze operating conditions and propose improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Design and develop technical solutions<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the technical progress and contractual compliance of projects<\/li>\n<li>Define and elaborate the functional and technical specifications of industrial equipment<\/li>\n<li>Define and control procedures, protocols for testing, testing or validating equipment<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the activity of a team<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and analyzing the activity data of the service or structure and proposing areas of evolution<\/li>\n<li>Manage complex projects<\/li>\n<li>Only for local projects; Select suppliers \/ service providers, negotiate contract terms and control the completion of the intervention and products.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to productivity and quality improvements by identifying opportunities for technical and organizational improvements and carrying out corresponding optimization actions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the application of the company\u2019s guidelines and recommendations regarding quality and food safety policy.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong link with central engineering and technical functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You should have;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MSc in Engineering (industrial \u2013 Mechanical \u2013 any technical engineering field) &amp; certificate in basic PMP<\/li>\n<li>5 \u2013 7 years successful experience in managing plant projects in a high speed production facility<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management &amp; leading experience with provable track records.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with food manufacturing systems and project management software<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in managing people<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills: capacity to share project insights and advantages and \u201csell\u201d it to top management<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the Six sigma principles: DMAIC approach (green belt)<\/li>\n<li>Lean experience on the floor: familiar with basic concepts like kaizen, 5s, continuous improvement, PARETO &amp; problem solving (5W, fishbone)<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office \u2013 MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To take advantage of this excellent opportunity, please email your application letter and detailed curriculum vitae not later than <strong>10th of April 2017 to: ranyan@tccbcg.eccbc.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Only short-listed applicants will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our business is a household name in the consumer goods industry and very committed to operational excellence.
