Today, SuperTech serves many leading Ghanaian and other African companies as well as government departments, including several international organizations operating in the region.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: IT Technician<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To provide support and maintenance of computers, laptops, associated software and their peripherals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sets up and configures PC\u2019s, Laptops, etc., to meet company standards<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoots computer related issues.<\/li>\n<li>Repairs and maintains computer equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Configures computer networks, LANS<\/li>\n<li>Monitors Clients\u2019 Links<\/li>\n<li>Ensures regular updates and upgrades of systems<\/li>\n<li>Pro-actively monitors the production environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree Information Technology or equivalent education \/ certification<\/li>\n<li>2 year experience working with PC\u2019s and peripherals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TECHNICAL \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge on hardware, software, network, and security<\/li>\n<li>Progressive IT experience, including experience in a multi-office environment<\/li>\n<li>Good problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PERSONALITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to relate effectively to people at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Trustworthiness-ability to conduct self in a manner which elicits trust, respect and confidence of management and workers.<\/li>\n<li>Good verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Integrity \u2013 being truthful and reliable<\/li>\n<li>Confidentiality \u2013 ability to keep confidential information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All CVs should be sent to <strong>stl.ictjobs@gmail.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please indicate the job title in the subject line.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SuperTech Ltd has been successfully delivering information and communications technology (ICT) solutions to corporate and government clients, as well as small businesses, for over a decade.
