Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Director Of Finance<\/strong><\/p>\n Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Own, manage and enhance the company\u2019s 5 year financial model, and the company\u2019s cash<\/p>\n position<\/p>\n \u00b7 Provide strategic advice to leadership on the funding needed to meet company\u2019s objectives<\/p>\n \u00b7 Support the CEO with potential and existing investors<\/p>\n \u00b7 Manage the financial controller and his team, who runs the finance, treasury and accounting<\/p>\n functions.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Have ownership of the company\u2019s tax and risk strategies<\/p>\n The successful candidate will ideally:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Finance, accounting or investment background<\/p>\n \u00b7 Extensive financial modeling capabilities, and some experience interacting with investors and preparing investment documents<\/p>\n \u00b7 Must be comfortable with data analysis, excel\/VBA<\/p>\n \u00b7 Have experience in a fast growing, dynamic work environment<\/p>\n \u00b7 Have experience managing financial\/accounting teams<\/p>\n \u00b7 French is a plus<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" African Management Services Company (AMSCO) is a pan-African private sector development Group that provides bespoke human capital solutions.
