The Systems Administrator will report to the Technical Manager and responsibilities will include the following but not limited to:<\/p>\n
Planning upgrades, operating and maintaining the company\u2019s servers
\nImplementing systems and controls, ensuring only authorized users have access to company\u2019s systems.
\nSpecify and recommend changes in Technology and systems to ensure optimal service delivery
\nEnsure standard turnaround times for problem resolutions are met
\nPrepare timely weekly and monthly reports for the Technical Manager and the General Manager to ensure they are kept up to date with developments in the Technical Division
\nRectify all systems identified problems during the day to ensure that the organization keeps 99.9% up time and boost clients confidence and satisfaction
\nPerform any other duties and responsibilities within the intent and scope of the job as directed by the Technical manager or the General manager<\/p>\n

\nExcellent Interpersonal skills
