Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Manager \/ Executive<\/strong><\/p>\n

The business development team covers all aspects of program marketing, sales support and business development. The team is focused on three areas \u2013 winning \u2018work\u2019, enhancing reputation and building relationships key market players.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities Includes<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Work with colleagues to drive the implementation and development of tailored marketing campaigns for programs with key companies, institutions and executives.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop and execute a marketing plan for each key segment, with a focus on how to grow existing product offerings while introducing new product opportunities
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proactively seek new opportunities to market,\u00a0 follow up leads generated from marketing activity and coach marketing executives on tactics to improve their conversion rate.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure short and long-term target measures are being set, measured and achieved across all marketing activity.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop close relationships with the Business Development team to ensure success of marketing efforts<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

Skills and selection criteria<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong account management and relationship building skills.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proven track record in the provision of multi-channel marketing
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience of measurement of marketing activities
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiating skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 The ability to implement both strategic and tactical initiatives.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proactive with a positive \u2018can do\u2019 approach.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Self-starter able to work effectively as part of a \u2018virtual team\u2019.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A sound business understanding as well as being commercially and risk aware<\/p>\n
