Responsibilities will include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and forecast interest income and expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain relationships with other financial institutions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. Develop and monitor treasury operational policies.<\/li>\n<li>Adopt new banking technologies and systems to help improve cash movements and simplify processes.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise lending and borrowing activities within the department and advise management on the daily liquidity positions.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with pension managers, investment managers and advisors and custodians to ensure maximum use of assets.<\/li>\n<li>Mitigate and manage financial risks through hedged funds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate Degree in Business or Finance required. Master\u2019s degree in Business or Finance preferred.<\/li>\n<li>At least 10-12 years of progressive experience in Accounting with a strong emphasis on the Treasury function.
