\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Perform routine inspection and maintenance activities
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Keep record of work materials, supply, and request refill.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for servicing\/repairs of equipment
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Any other duties as may be assigned by management.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum three (3) years\u2019 work experience is an advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Certified experience driver with a license is an advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent presentation skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be Computer literate
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have strong communication skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must possess strong people management skills<\/p>\n
