\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prospect and secure clients for the company.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure and enhance corporate brand visibility.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Submit quarterly report on existing and potential clients.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Handle client service functions on behalf of the company.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Regular contract site visit for comments and observation.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Draw a business plan and a corporate strategy for operation.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop internal controls to sustain existing clients
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Draw a schedule on quarterly facility maintenance for designated site.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Any other duties as may be assigned by management.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 At least three-five (3-5) years\u2019 work experience
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Certified experience driver with a license is an advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Bilingual in French or Spanish is an advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be Computer literate
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be self-motivated, dynamic and innovative
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must possess strong people management skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent presentation and report writing skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have strong communication and creative skills in service marketing<\/p>\n
