Our classes are multi-aged to encourage the older children of the environment to foster leadership skills. Both social and intellectual development is enhanced by this method of age grouping.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Nursery 1, 2 and Kindergarten Teachers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Salary will depend on Qualification and Experience.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The suitable candidate will be working within a mixed-age Early Years classroom of 15-36-month-olds and 3-6-year-olds). \u00a0If you have a passion for children and take pride in creating and sustaining the highest-quality educational environment, this position is for you! \u00a0We are looking for teachers with all levels of experience.<\/li>\n<li>An important part of your role will be communicating closely with parents to a) give them a window into the Montessori classroom, b) educate them about the school\u2019s philosophy, and c) provide insight into their child\u2019s individual progress (writing Progress reports twice a year).<\/li>\n<li>Be able to plan and engage the children in various activities including art projects<\/li>\n<li>Be able to ensure safety and cleanliness amongst the students<\/li>\n<li>You will be working with a Director who is Montessori Certified and has a lot of international experience. Attention to detail and excellence will be highly required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualification and Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Candidates seeking to occupy these positions must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess a minimum of high school qualification.
