We provide our clients with innovative systems and high-quality services that foster information sharing and improved learning to fundamentally address real-world problems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Finance &amp; Administration Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The QED Group is seeking a local Finance &amp; Administration (F&amp;A) Manager for an anticipated long-term USAID learning and evaluation activity in Ghana. The F&amp;A Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of this project, including financial reporting. This position is contingent on QED being awarded the contract.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About QED<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The QED Group, LLC, is a full-service international consulting firm committed to solving complex global challenges through innovative solutions. Through Monitoring and Evaluation and Knowledge Management practice areas, QED is working to maximize our clients\u2019 return on investment through accountability, continuous learning, and sound management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and maintain accounting and finance records in accordance with USAID regulations and QED corporate policies, and monitor project accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that project expenditures are within established budget parameters and confirm completion of corresponding documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required.<\/li>\n<li>Track the transfer of funds between the headquarters office and field office.<\/li>\n<li>Provide day-to-day management of the systems for financial transactions in Ghana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>At least 7 years of experience in accounting and finance activities in the international development sector.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing financial transactions on USAID-funded programs and familiarity with USAID regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with relevant financial software packages, including Microsoft Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in Ghana and\/or Western Africa;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English verbal, writing and editing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Local candidates only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To apply for this position please follow the following steps:<br \/>\nGo to <strong>https:\/\/careers-qedgroupllc.icims.com\/jobs\/1340\/senior-m%26e-specialist&#8212;ghana\/job<\/strong><br \/>\nComplete the online application.<br \/>\nAttach your resume.<br \/>\nClick on the link: <strong>Biodata AID1420-17,<\/strong> fill out the form, sign it, and attach\/upload it to your application.
