Our CEO is a high profile personality with a busy commitment both home and outside Ghana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Female Personal Assistant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Essential responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the CEO in conducting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, &amp; annual reviews of tasks and correspondences.<\/li>\n<li>Filter emails and calls highlight urgent correspondence(s).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure busy diary commitments, papers, and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct weekly diary meetings with the CEO to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations, and other requests.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule meetings on behalf of the CEO<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements<\/li>\n<li>Prepare correspondence on behalf of the CEO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remuneration very attractive.<\/li>\n<li>Commensurate with international standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Skills (all essential):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and organize others.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to professionally represent the CEO\u2019s office.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to filter information and assess priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, including during difficult or challenging circumstances.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and manage own workload amid conflicting demands and busy work periods.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters.<\/li>\n<li>Confident and able to work with own initiative and with limited supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants should send CV to my email address at &#8211; <strong>cosmososei1122@gmail.com<\/strong><br \/>\nOnly shortlisted applicants will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WebTek is more than a website design company.
