Oxfam\u2019s purpose in Ghana is to fight poverty, inequality and suffering through evidence-based advocacy, campaigning and influencing policies in favour of the poor to promote inclusive growth and development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: People and Culture Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: Accra, Ghana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Contract Type: Open Ended<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oxfam in Ghana is looking for a\u00a0People and Culture Manager\u00a0to lead on all organizational development and people management issues. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Oxfam\u2019s HR policies and procedures in order to effectively support the achievement of the Oxfam Country Strategy.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As an HR generalist, you will be responsible for a variety of HR activities ranging from recruitment and selection, performance management and employee relations to the development and implementation of strategy as part of the Country Management Team.<\/li>\n<li>You will also be responsible for the management of HR systems including the HR information system and the payroll system.
