MSI is working with USAID to strengthen its M&E program, contributing to more effective program design and ultimately health service delivery.<\/p>\n

USAID\u2019s health portfolio in Ghana targets a diverse array of issues, including maternal and child health, family planning and reproductive health, nutrition, and malaria. Successful programs require timely data collection and analysis and well-designed evaluations to enhance performance and share learning.<\/p>\n

MSI is implementing the Evaluate for Health (E4H) project, helping USAID to strengthen its Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) program.<\/p>\n

through Learning, Evaluation, and Adapting Activity (PELA), Ghana<\/p>\n

Proposal Summary:<\/strong> MSI is preparing to bid on the USAID\/West Africa\u2019s Peace through Learning, Evaluation, and Adapting Activity. The project will strengthen USAID\/West Africa\u2019s effectiveness implementing its projects; coordinating its activities; learning from its experiences; and serving as an information, communication, and thought-leader regarding peace promotion and countering violent extremism (CVE) in the West Africa region.<\/p>\n

This position is contingent upon continued donor funding<\/p>\n

Position Summary: MSI is seeking a long-term Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (ME&L) Specialist. S\/he will report to the Chief of Party and will be responsible for coordinating and managing the project\u2019s monitoring, evaluation, research and learning activities. This role will work in concert with the CVE Specialist to measure the effectiveness and sustainability of USAID\/West Africa\u2019s CVE and peace promotion activities. S\/he will also work with USAID\/West Africa\u2019s implementing partners for CVE and peace promotion activities. This position is based in Accra, Ghana.<\/p>\n
