MSI is working with USAID to strengthen its M&E program, contributing to more effective program design and ultimately health service delivery.<\/p>\n

USAID\u2019s health portfolio in Ghana targets a diverse array of issues, including maternal and child health, family planning and reproductive health, nutrition, and malaria. Successful programs require timely data collection and analysis and well-designed evaluations to enhance performance and share learning.<\/p>\n

MSI is implementing the Evaluate for Health (E4H) project, helping USAID to strengthen its Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) program.<\/p>\n

Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Title:\u00a0 Communication Specialist, USAID\/Ghana<\/strong><\/p>\n

Evaluation, and Adapting Activity (PELA), Ghana<\/p>\n

Proposal Summary: MSI is preparing to bid on the USAID\/West Africa\u2019s Peace through Learning, Evaluation, and Adapting Activity. The project will strengthen USAID\/West Africa\u2019s effectiveness implementing its projects; coordinating its activities; learning from its experiences; and serving as an information, communication, and thought-leader regarding peace promotion and countering violent extremism (CVE) in the West Africa region.<\/p>\n

This position is contingent upon continued donor funding<\/p>\n

Position Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n

MSI is seeking a long-term Communication Specialist to manage communications activities under the project, including the dissemination of evaluation and research findings, best practices, and other lessons learned from CVE activities in the region. S\/he will work closely with the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning specialist to support the project\u2019s mission to serve as an information, communication, and thought-leader in West African peace promotion and CVE activities. This position will be based in Accra.<\/p>\n
