We look to  hire the brightest minds from the world\u2019s best institutions and continue to invest heavily in a work environment that optimizes their growth, creativity and productivity.<\/p>\n<p>Do you have what it takes to succeed at Rancard?<\/p>\n<p>We are currently seeking a <strong>Content Manager\/Customer Service Analyst<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>The content manager will be responsible for managing Rancard\u2019s mobile content portfolio.  He\/she will be tasked with ensuring availability and quality of content delivered by content partners.  The content manager will perform editorial and content review duties daily to ensure that end users are served with high quality mobile content.  He\/she will manage content partner relationships and work with content providers to achieve and maintain the desired quality standards as well as work to eliminate any content gaps that might currently exist.  The position requires that the analyst works from 7:30am &#8211; 4:30pm on weekdays and 7:30am &#8211; 10:00am on Saturdays and Sundays.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Excellent time management and organizational skill<br \/>\nAttention to detail<br \/>\nA passion for soccer as well as a keen interest in current affairs (international and local)<br \/>\nExcellent writing skills and a strong command of the English language<br \/>\nAbility to speak French (preferred)<br \/>\nAbility to work on Saturday and Sundays<br \/>\nFast learner<br \/>\nProfessional<br \/>\nA training in journalism and previous blogging experience (a strong plus)<br \/>\nComfortable using internet based tools<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submit CV to <strong>jobs@rancardsolutions.com<\/strong> with Content Manager in Subject Title<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rancardmobility.com connects many of the worlds top brands to millions of mobile phone users in Africa and the Middle East.
