Broad knowledge of distribution in Ghana environs and Commercial experience in Selling and Account Management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educated to degree level standard or equivalent (desirable)<\/li>\n<li>Degree in business areas such as management or marketing is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years\u2019 sales and marketing experience or equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary<\/li>\n<li>Coaching, training and development expertise<\/li>\n<li>Profound Negotiation skill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The position is located in the regional office \u2013 Mim-Brong Ahafo<\/li>\n<li>Extended and unpredictable hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge\/Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good first Degree or HND marketing<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>On Job Training-Coaching<\/li>\n<li>Build and Develop Strong Relationships<\/li>\n<li>Proven Sales experience<\/li>\n<li>Power Selling<\/li>\n<li>Handling complaints<\/li>\n<li>Product Knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of territory<\/li>\n<li>Proficient PC skills using MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Must Possess a valid Driver\u2019s license Proficient PC skills using MS Office<\/li>\n<li>A result oriented professional with excellent verbal\/written communication skills in English. Speaking Ghanaian local languages and French are a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, works independently and\/or within a team, pays attention to detail and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sales plans and justify them to Management<\/li>\n<li>Achieve &gt;\/=100% Sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Achieve Numeric distribution 70% minimum<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement Efficient Operational KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Develop Sales Capability &amp; Value<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective performance of recruited sales people &gt;\/= 100% achievement of salesmen target<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of Field Management Best Practises (FMBP) &amp; must be a team player<\/li>\n<li>Implement those plans by training, coaching and motivating the sales teams<\/li>\n<li>Generate new leads and develop a strong relationship with existing customers<\/li>\n<li>Establish a professional and passionate direct sales team culture<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective standardized sales process to be developed and followed across the sales teams by closely working with Sales Projects Management and Training team<\/li>\n<li>Work with marketing team to implement effective marketing strategies on the ground<\/li>\n<li>Support and train the sales teams to improve weak areas specified by the Sales Strategy team through a series of quantitative analyses on sales performance<\/li>\n<li>Prepare budgets with a clear justification and track expenses to manage cost per sale<\/li>\n<li>Share all the relevant information on the ground with key stakeholders in a concise way<\/li>\n<li>Recruit and train sales people to work with<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance of field sales management best practices by the Direct salesperson i.e. route plan, call cards, POP displays, merchandising<\/li>\n<li>Maintain excellent Customer Relationships<br \/>\nRender &amp; promote good customer relationship\/service to the trade &amp; sales team<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Company\u2019s Key Sales Outlets<\/li>\n<li>Set and monitor the achievement of monthly sales targets for assigned customers\/outlets in agreement with Key Account Manager<\/li>\n<li>Ensure availability, visibility and accessibility of Company brands in all must-be channels\/outlets<\/li>\n<li>Assist Agency salesmen to develop and grow the sales of Company brands in their assigned outlets<\/li>\n<li>Coach and train Direct salesperson for effective performance and delivery of 100% or more<\/li>\n<li>Undertake regular accompaniments with Direct salesperson to ensure compliance of field management best practices (FMBP)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the maintenance of customer records by Direct salesperson<\/li>\n<li>Undertake and submit weekly price surveys of Company products versus competition<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the execution of promotional activities in Key Accounts<\/li>\n<li>To provide regular competitor activities and trade information from the field to the company<\/li>\n<li>Organize and coordinate sales during social events<\/li>\n<li>Identify selling opportunities for the Direct salesperson. i.e. institutions and social event<\/li>\n<li>Any other job assigned by the CEO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested Candidates should send their CVs together with Application letter stating the position being applied for to<strong> bidiepa@gmail.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>OR<\/p>\n<p><strong>The HR Manager P.
