Diageo Plc is quoted in the US and London Stock Exchanges while Guinness Ghana Breweries Ltd (the subsidiary) is quoted in the Ghana Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Consumer Planning Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Contract: Permanent<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To improve, the GGBL Consumer Planning (CP) team and strive to be Consumer Experts, Research Consultants, and Capability Coaches.<\/li>\n<li>To drive the CP agenda across the business, overseeing all research activity<\/li>\n<li>To champion the generation and implementation of consumer insights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of consumer issues and trends in Ghana<\/li>\n<li>Be a champion of Diageo\u2019s Responsible Research policy, ensuring that all research conforms to the policy<\/li>\n<li>Be a champion of the DMC and ensure its implications are highlighted at all times<\/li>\n<li>Honesty, integrity and openness<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence in a matrix organization<\/li>\n<li>A proven track record of consistent performance and delivery<\/li>\n<li>Passionately committed to development (of self &amp; others).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Combining analysis, diagnosis, insightful thinking, judgement and clear recommendations to drive growth for existing brands and key initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Championing the generation and implementation of consumer insights<\/li>\n<li>To integrate learning from multiple sources and generate business insights<\/li>\n<li>Able to direct agency in design, analysis and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited (GGBL)is a leading brewer and marketer of premium alcoholic and malt drinks in Ghana.
