This covers everything from supply, logistics, sales, marketing and trade marketing through to information and business services. You\u2019ll also learn about our other functions \u2013 people, legal and corporate affairs, procurement and finance.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Global &amp; Zone Induction \u2013 2 Weeks<\/li>\n<li>Deep Dive (Supply) \u2013 5 Weeks<\/li>\n<li>Deep Dive (Sales &amp; Marketing) \u2013 8 Weeks<\/li>\n<li>IT &amp; Business Services \u2013 3 Weeks<\/li>\n<li>Headquarters Strategy \u2013 2 Weeks<\/li>\n<li>Supply Assignment \u2013 10 Weeks<\/li>\n<li>Sales Assignment \u2013 9 Weeks<\/li>\n<li>Capstone (Graduation) \u2013 1 Week<\/li>\n<li>First Position &amp; Mentoring From Senior Leader<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who we\u2019re looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You should graduate with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree from any of the following disciplines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business, Economics, Marketing Sales, Finance, Science, Engineering, Law or IT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You\u2019ll fit in best if you have an entrepreneurial spirit, are results-driven and have undertaken some form of leadership position either inside or outside of the university.
