\nb) Preparing presentation materials
\nc) Conducting due diligence and in-depth business analysis<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Assisting in the preparation of investment documentation (Investment proposals, presentations, information and prequalification memorandum, term-sheets etc)<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A second degree in finance or investment analysis
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 At least a level 2 in the CFA programme will be an added advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 At least 3+ years experience in a similar role in the Financial sector<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 High level of professional ethics and integrity
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience of understaking strategic reviews of businesses and market research
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work independently and\u00a0 as part of a team
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced and dynamic environment
