BEIGE Capital currently has a total asset base in excess of GH\u20b51.12bn (USD 255m) and has posted an average Return on Equity of 10% since 2012.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Project Management Specialist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reports: Construction Project Head<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role<\/strong><br \/>\nResponsible for planning, implementation, and tracking of the short-term and long-term projects in support of the firm\u2019s growth and profit objectives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain project dashboard indicating the current status of projects to support the Management\u2019s Strategic Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Define the requirements and scope of the project in collaboration with project sponsors and key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.<\/li>\n<li>Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.<\/li>\n<li>In consultation with the appropriate persons, recruit project team members with appropriate skills for the project activities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.<\/li>\n<li>Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate qualified vendors and consultants to work on projects as appropriate and ensure projects are implemented within contractual obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Execute the project according to the project plan.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain detailed project plans and prioritize tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting specific productivity, quality, regulatory requirements and customer experience standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<li>PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of project development and execution.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kindly send your CV and Applications to gbcandidate.job@gmail.com<\/p>\n<p>Only shortlisted Candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BEIGE Capital Savings and Loans Ltd (BCSL) is licensed by The Bank of Ghana and is the leading Savings and Loans company in Ghana.
