FMP develops leadership and analytical skills through classroom training and key assignments.Please, not that there is no open position yet but we may\/will offer it in the future. Currently, we are gathering potential candidates who would be interested in this role.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Intensive two-year entry-level program spanning four rotational assignments<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience may include: financial planning, accounting, operations analysis, auditing, forecasting, treasury\/cash management, commercial finance and Six Sigma quality<\/li>\n<li>Combines coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars to equip young talents with exceptional technical, financial and business skills<\/li>\n<li>Led by senior GE professionals and mentors<\/li>\n<li>Develops world-class financial leaders for exciting positions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications\/Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in one of the following disciples is a must: Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline<\/li>\n<li>MBA\/CPA or equivalent will be preferred<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3.0 on 4.0-grade point average scale<\/li>\n<li>Academic excellence with financial or quantitative interest\/competency<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership ability and initiative<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills<\/li>\n<li>Flexible, adaptable and geographically mobile<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English<\/li>\n<li>Unrestricted authorization to work in the region<\/li>\n<li>Must have valid authorization to work full-time without any restriction in the role\u2019s location<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Characteristics:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence others and lead small teams<\/li>\n<li>Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact<\/li>\n<li>Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Effective problem identification and solution skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GE is the world\u2019s Digital Industrial Company, transforming the industry with software-defined machines and solutions that are connected, responsive and predictive.
