Siat Infra is into the development of Residential properties, giving utmost magnitude to quality, business ethics and transparency in every element of the business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For our palm oil plantations in Ghana, we are looking for a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> Job Title: CFO GOPDC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this role you will in charge of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acting as the right hand of the general manager and assist Group CFO in managing the Financial Planning and Analysis function as well as the Financial Reporting to the headquarter in Brussels<\/li>\n<li>Driving financial, management and cost accounting<\/li>\n<li>Providing timely and accurate monthly and annual reporting, fixed asset register, investments, stocks, debtors and creditors follow-up<\/li>\n<li>Managing Treasury, cash flow, debt and financing issues, liaison with local banks<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with relevant local Government Agencies and Authorities<\/li>\n<li>Setting up various financial control tasks at group level which includes weekly subsidiary and group cash flow update &amp; forecast, monthly debt status \/Capex follow-up and analytical accounting harmonization through all subsidiaries<\/li>\n<li>Being responsible for IFRS<\/li>\n<li>Being responsible for Budgeting &amp; Planning Process which includes working according to methodology, models &amp; tools from SIAT Group for the budget process (based on analytical accounting), conducting and coordinating yearly budget process for the subsidiary and following-up analysis on actual figures versus budget forecast<\/li>\n<li>Preparing for Board meetings and General Assemblies<\/li>\n<li>Taking care of Internal procedures\/control\/audit design and policing<\/li>\n<li>Taking care of Tax Administration and annual tax audits<\/li>\n<li>Managing the Financial Department staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous CFO experience in Africa<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP software and IFRS standard management and strong cost-controlling background<\/li>\n<li>ENG Fluent<\/li>\n<li>Dynamic, able to prioritize and proactive<\/li>\n<li>Problem solver, flexible and multitasker<\/li>\n<li>Team player, excellent communicator and problem solver<\/li>\n<li>Based in Ghana, on the plantation (GOPDC)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This to join our dedicated and cheerful team!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Siat Infra is the reality wing of the Siat Group, which is an integrated Property development company, headquartered at Bangalore.
