Job Title:\u00a0Client Executive<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are actively seeking \u2018Great People\u2019 to join the Quintica family.<\/p>\n

We are looking for a Client Executive to be based in Ghana<\/p>\n

The Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record as a Client Executive<\/p>\n

Minimum\/Mandatory requirements:<\/p>\n

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Manage assigned accounts at all levels to ensure high customer satisfaction of service levels and acceptable business growth levels;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Ensure key accounts growth by selling all Quintica Products & services within key accounts;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Ensure key account planning tools are kept up-to-date;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Meeting of sales targets and objectives.<\/p>\n

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Develop & Grow new accounts;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Coordinate requirements; develop and negotiate contracts; integrate contract requirements with business operations;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Attend events and assist in building long term client relations to develop further business opportunities.<\/p>\n

OPERATIONAL SALES SUPPORT<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Maintain and grow sales leads;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Complete up to date records in the company opportunities reporting system;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Ensuring all sales processes are followed;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Ensure all sales proposal costs have been approved according to standard procedure;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Ensure Minutes of meetings with clients are communicated to all participants (and the Sales Director) after each meeting;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Attend every Quintica sales meeting with a prepared sales report;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Protect the organization\u2019s value by keeping information confidential and applying the code of business with regards to work ethics;<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.<\/p>\n
