We work for the public and private sectors in more than 110 countries, as well as for international development agencies and institutions and operate at all times to the highest standards of integrity and transparency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required in: Kenya, Ghana &amp; Tanzania<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Based in one of the three countries above, local trainers are required to create, deliver and manage on CA technical and generic local courses on one of the following disciplines:-<\/p>\n<p>Banking &amp; Finance<br \/>\nPensions<br \/>\nProject Management<br \/>\nProcurement<br \/>\nOrganisation Development<br \/>\nLeadership &amp; management<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You should be able to demonstrate professional integrity, self confidence and passion to create and deliver practical and outcome-based training in a multi-cultural setting strongly supportive of gender, diversity and equal opportunity<br \/>\nAn excellent good communicator, manager, facilitator and coach. We require trainers with top-level experience, knowledge and skills<br \/>\nYou should hold a Degree and a minimum of 5 years&#8217; experience as a trainer.
