Customers in more than 135 countries depend on Aviat Networks to build, expand and upgrade their voice, data, and video solutions.<\/p>\n<p>We currently have an immediate need for a Spare Parts Coordinator in Accra, Ghana.<br \/>\nAssures integrity of buffer Stock.<br \/>\nAccurately update of VASP.<br \/>\nMaintains appropriate inventory levels by scheduling efficient shipping and   receiving of freight.<br \/>\nThis involves coordination and rotation of stock to allocate space.<br \/>\nFollow up and arrange the domestic and international shipments.<br \/>\nProvide daily shipping and receiving reports. Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of same to verify results.<br \/>\nProvide shipping documents to Third Party logistic company and follow up on status.<br \/>\nSupervise and coordinate activities of picking, shipping receiving, transporting, stacking, order filling, and maintaining stock records in warehouse.<br \/>\nSupervise labeling and casing or packing of materials or products.<br \/>\nWorks closely with Global repair enters and Service Delivery Managers to ensure all deliveries are managed effectively to gain maximum utilization of warehouse space and manpower.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Arts, Social Science of Business Administration or equivalent.<br \/>\nDegree in Engineering field is an added advantage.<br \/>\nAt least 2 years of working experience in similar position.<br \/>\nWorking knowledge of Spare Parts Management is required.<br \/>\nGood written and spoken English.
