Key Responsibilities The Account Executive is responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great customer experience with existing and potential customers. A key aspect of this role is to develop Dell\u2019s end\u00adto\u00adend solution portfolio across our key pillars\u037eDell\u2019s Client Solutions(Desktop, Notebooks, Workstations, Tablets),Enterprise Solutions(Servers, Storage &amp; Networking) andServices(Support, Deployment, Development, Dell Financial Services) within their portfolio. This will include growing the territory\/account base to attain financial objectives<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding customers\u2019 business and solution requirements<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Gain share of wallet\/spend in client Solutions and Enterprise Solutions<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Territory\/account management, including account planning and sales \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0forecasting and engaging cross\u00adfunctional resources<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Customarily and regularly engaged with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties<\/li>\n<li>Leads sales process and utilizes all available resources to manage account Essential Requirements<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent experience \u00b7 Extensive experience in a relationship selling role where you were recognised as a top performer<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and proficient in working with CIO and next 2 levels down<\/li>\n<li>Highly developed planning and organisation skills<\/li>\n<li>Driven by achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and can demonstrate a track record in this area<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment World\u00adclass customer management and strategic selling skills to enhance the success of our customers\u2019 business and the growth of Dell<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our people are the most critical component of our long \u00adterm success and their health and well being are our priority.
