\n\u2022 Preparation of report and marketing materials
\n\u2022 Exploring options and implementing activities that will expand the communications, consultation and facilitation capability among the company and other Project Stakeholders and develop mitigation plan
\n\u2022 Explore the options to strengthen the relationship between the company and the Project stakeholders
\n\u2022 Build communication capacity within the company and client for smooth implementation of the project in Ghana.
\n\u2022 Coordinate the communication liaison within various programme disciplines area as well as the West Africa regional office
\n\u2022 Promote Project awareness among local communities through appropriate communication means
\n\u2022 Identify local challenges that may hinder the Project implementation and report the key issues to the project director
\n\u2022 Provide quality public relationship services to the project
\n\u2022 Provide insight about local matters that may impact on the Project
\n\u2022 Liaise with client, government authorities and other programme stakeholders and foster effective communication among all interested parties
\n\u2022 Management and mentoring of less experienced\/Local staff and provide training
\n\u2022 Coordinating the company’s local team members as well as local sub-consultants
\n\u2022 Preparation and review of communication\/public relationship materials and reports<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Knowledge of and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in communication and public relationship area for infrastructure projects
\n\u2022 Effective verbal and written communication and report-writing ability
\n\u2022 Good interpersonal skill to work effectively within a culturally diverse and multi-disciplinary environment
\n\u2022 Competent user of computer
\n\u2022 Familiar with quality management systems to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
\n\u2022 Establish and build strong client relationships
\n\u2022 Contribute to the development \/ progress of the programme<\/p>\n
