Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Provide the financial managerial support of the project Qualifications Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n The minimum qualifications and skills of the Business Administration & Tax Experts designated for this assignment are as follows:<\/em><\/p>\n \u2022 University degree in Business Administration, Financial management, Taxation
\n\u2022 Provide direct on-the-job assistance and advisory services with regard to tax administration
\n\u2022 Plan and organise field visits and training
\n\u2022 Assist in writing progress reports and preparation of documents
\n\u2022 Conduct any other task deemed necessary by the Project coordinator<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in financial management and\/or Taxation, preferably in combination with local government
\n\u2022 Proven experience with change management, setting up and facilitating technical assistance and capacity-building initiatives
\n\u2022 Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills
\n\u2022 Experience in documenting and recording
\n\u2022 Good writing and communication skills
\n\u2022 Demonstrated ability to work pro-actively and under less supervision<\/p>\n
