Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Provide technical direction with regard to citizen engagement, change management and the accountability of the MMDAs towards its citizens Qualifications Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n The minimum qualifications for this assignment are as follows<\/em><\/p>\n \u2022 University degree in communication, Behavioral change
\n\u2022 Plan and organise field visits and training
\n\u2022 Maintain contact with the selected MMDAs (incl. site visits) supported under the project mentioned above to keep track of progress and results achieved, needs and challenges encountered, expertise and follow-up needed, continuous endorsement of the project and safeguard political willingness and support
\n\u2022 Identify needs and challenges to improve local taxes and decrease the local tax gap in relation to citizen engagement
\n\u2022 Assist in writing progress reports and preparation of documents
\n\u2022 Conduct any other task deemed necessary by the Project coordinator<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in accountability\/communication
\n\u2022 Proven experience with change management, setting up and facilitating technical assistance and capacity, building initiatives
\n\u2022 Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills
\n\u2022 Experience in documenting and recording
\n\u2022 Good writing and communication skills
\n\u2022 Demonstrated ability to work pro-actively with less supervision<\/p>\n
