\n\u2022 To ensure client retention through excellent customer service delivery.
\n\u2022 Assist the marketing team in implementing its client retention strategy.
\n\u2022 Reply to general information requests with the accurate information as well as prepare written responses to routine enquiries.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Ghana Stock Exchange certificate would be an advantage
\n\u2022 Minimum of two (2) years post qualification experience in a relevant position \u00b0
\n\u2022 Familiarity with Microsoft Office Software
\n\u2022 Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures
\n\u2022 Committed to developing a career in Investment\/Finance.
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
