\n\u2022 Receives all official mails, writing routine correspondence on own initiative, as necessary.
\n\u2022 Makes appointments for superior and reminds him\/her of when they are due, also deals with enquiries, answering phone calls as well as screen, receive and attend to visitors.
\n\u2022 Makes requisition for stationery items for the department and keeps an adequate record of these items.
\n\u2022 Maintains a good filing system and ensures that all documents received are distributed as appropriate or filled off promptly.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 3 years’ experience
\n\u2022 Excellent oral and written English.
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Confidentiality
\n\u2022 Good Communication Skills,
\n\u2022 Listening & Reception<\/p>\n
