\n\u2022 Handles contract administration, including responding to requests for variations and claims;
\n\u2022 Deals with problems arising in connection with the execution of Purchase Orders\/works contracts
\n\u2022 Handles the certification of invoices
\n\u2022 Performs liaison activities between Company-contractors\/ and suppliers to resolve all issues related to commercial and operative aspects
\n\u2022 Ensure that office and household equipment are properly maintained<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Master’s preferable.
\n\u2022 7 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
\n\u2022 5 years of General Services \/ Logistics experience
\n\u2022 Excellent oral and written English.
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Proactive
\n\u2022 Ability to work effectively with people from multiple cultures and backgrounds
\n\u2022 Positive attitude
\n\u2022 Work under constant pressure to meet deadlines and time constrains
\n\u2022 Good communications skills.<\/p>\n
