JOB TITLE:<\/strong>\u00a0Production Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n To provide support to the Production & Maintenance Manager and to Commissioning & Start Up Manager, in order to ensure plant operation ability and asset integrity. To also provide support for the safe and smooth commissioning, start-up and ramp-up, to reach operating levels in particular operations readiness activities.<\/p>\n Main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Support to the Production & Maintenance Manager for the implementation of OR&A Programme (Operational Readiness and Assurance Programme), and relevant Management Execution Plan. \n\u2022 Support for the development of operations AIM (Asset Integrity Management) strategy and system, ensuring AIM system readiness
\n\u2022 Support in obtainment of permits and approvals from authorities
\n\u2022 Support for facilities and wells & reservoir plan development
\n\u2022 Facilities model review
\n\u2022 Operability, Maintainability, Reliability Compliance reviews
\n\u2022 Support for the preparation of Start Up strategy and definition of Handover activities
\n\u2022 Support for HSE activities
\n\u2022 Support for the updating and tuning of OPEX estimate
\n\u2022 Participation of Operations Commissioning Team
\n\u2022 Asset data and documentation gathering and organisation
\n\u2022 Support for Handover package preparation
\n\u2022 Participation in Punch List preparation
\n\u2022 Planning and execution of pre-start-up reviews<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 12 years of Oil & Gas industry experience in both onshore and\/or offshore facilities, of which 5 years in Project management activities.
\n\u2022 Management skills advanced courses
\n\u2022 Economics basic courses
\n\u2022 Petroleum Engineering course
\n\u2022 Oil & Gas surface production facilities course
\n\u2022 Maintenance professional courses
\n\u2022 Project Management
\n\u2022 Asset Integrity Management
\n\u2022 Fluent knowledge of English<\/p>\n
