\n\u2022 Analyse the requests and, accordingly, prepare the appropriate strategy, to be approved by the management, in order to meet the requirements, including:
\n\u2022 Selection of suitable Bidders;
\n\u2022 Selection of appropriate Contractual Standards
\n\u2022 Carry out due diligence on Suppliers
\n\u2022 Issue to the bidder(s) the Tender documentation
\n\u2022 Act as focal point for the receipt and management of their queries
\n\u2022 Receive the Bidders proposals
\n\u2022 Organise the opening committees for technical and commercial bid openings
\n\u2022 Ensure, under the supervision of the management, that the requesting unit provides an adequate technical evaluation of the proposals, if and when applicable
\n\u2022 Prepare the economic evaluation of the bid for the approval of the management
\n\u2022 Negotiate under the supervision of management (with the selected Supplier) prices, terms and conditions
\n\u2022 Prepare the contract documentation and award recommendation for the approval of management
\n\u2022 Ensure correct distribution of contracts to supplier and internal functions;
\n\u2022 Ensure proper archiving and storage of all tender and contractual documentation
\n\u2022 Support the Contract Managers during Contract execution;
\n\u2022 Prepare the Contract revisions if and when applicable
\n\u2022 To take part in project activities of the department with specific goal.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Masters preferable.
\n\u2022 2-3 years of work experience
\n\u2022 Excellent oral and written English.
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook<\/p>\n
