Our working environment offers everyone the same opportunities based on a system of merit, and without any form of discrimination.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Production Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A leading Oil &amp; Gas Company is looking for qualified candidates for the following position, based in Accra:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To provide support to the Production &amp; Maintenance Manager and to Commissioning &amp; Start Up Manager, in order to ensure plant operation ability and asset integrity.<\/p>\n<p>To also provide support for the safe and smooth commissioning, start\u00adup and ramp\u00adup, to reach operating levels in particular operations readiness activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support to the Production &amp; Maintenance Manager for the implementation of OR&amp;A Programme (Operational Readiness and Assurance Programme), and relevant Management Execution Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Support for the definition of production Organisational structure (Manpower and Training Plan)<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of detailed contractual strategy for operating phase Support for the development of operations AIM (Asset Integrity Management) strategy and system,<\/li>\n<li>ensuring AIM system readiness Support in the obtainment of permits and approvals from authorities Support for facilities and wells &amp; reservoir plan development<\/li>\n<li>Facilities model review Operability, Maintainability, Reliability<\/li>\n<li>Compliance reviews Support for the preparation of Start Up strategy and definition of Handover activities<\/li>\n<li>Support for HSE activities Support for the updating and tuning of OPEX estimate<\/li>\n<li>Participation of Operations Commissioning Team Asset data and documentation gathering and organization Support for Handover package preparation<\/li>\n<li>Participation in Punch List preparation Planning and execution of pre\u00adstart\u00adup reviews<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>organization engineering or similar.<\/li>\n<li>12 years of Oil &amp; Gas industry experience in both onshore and\/or offshore facilities, of which 5 years in Project management activities.<\/li>\n<li>Management skills advanced courses Economics basic courses Petroleum Engineering course Oil &amp; Gas surface production facilities course<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qualified candidates should submit their recent CV and cover letter to:<br \/>\n<strong>Eni Ghana Exploration &amp; Production \u00ad c\/o HR Dept.
