Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining the database, determining eligibility.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key accountabilities and decision ownership<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create an outstanding customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the attainment of high-Quality standards within the Contact Centre<\/li>\n<li>Process Adherence<\/li>\n<li>Reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key performance indicators<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Targets and KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Increased customer loyalty, satisfaction and return on investment<\/li>\n<li>Contact Centre standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core competencies, knowledge, and experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Applications particularly\u00a0(MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power point).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical Skills<\/li>\n<li>Previous Call Centre experience will be preferred<\/li>\n<li>Should be a customer service, oriented individual<\/li>\n<li>Commercial awareness &#8211; an appreciation and interest in the mobile telecommunications industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Type:\u00a0Full-time<\/p>\n<p>Employment Type:\u00a0Fixed Term Contract<\/p>\n<p>Closing Date:\u00a0Ongoing<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vodafone Ghana, formerly Ghana Telecom, is the national telecommunications company of Ghana.
